Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Paro

Arrive at Paro International Airport. Transfer to your hotel and check-in. Visit Paro Rinpung Dzong, a fortress-monastery. Explore the town of Paro.

Day 2

Tiger's Nest Monastery Hike

Take a full-day hike to the iconic Tiger's Nest Monastery (Taktsang). Explore the monastery and enjoy breathtaking views. Return to Paro for the night.

Day 3

Thimphu Exploration

Drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. Visit the National Memorial Chorten and Buddha Dordenma Statue. Explore the Royal Textile Academy and the Folk Heritage Museum.

Day 4

Thimphu Sightseeing

Visit the Tashichho Dzong, the main secretariat building. Explore the Changangkha Lhakhang and the National Library. Visit the Motithang Takin Preserve and the Thimphu Dzong. Optional: Attend a traditional Bhutanese cultural performance in the evening.

Day 5

Punakha Valley Excursion

Drive to Punakha, crossing the Dochula Pass with panoramic views. Visit Punakha Dzong, the second-largest dzong in Bhutan. Explore Chimi Lhakhang, known as the "Fertility Temple." Take a short hike to Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten. Return to Thimphu for the night.

Day 6

Wangdue Phodrang and Return to Paro

Visit Wangdue Phodrang and its Dzong. Explore the local markets and crafts in Wangdue. Return to Paro in the evening. Explore Paro town or relax at your hotel.

Day 7

Departure

Depending on your flight schedule, explore any remaining attractions or markets. Visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest temples in Bhutan. Depart from Paro International Airport.

Exclusion

    • Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), porterage.
    • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
    • Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
    • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
    • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
    • Room Heater Charges.
    • Service Tax.
    • Insurance.
    • Anything which is not included in the inclusion.
